I will be intoducing many of my works done in my college classes and would like everyone to enjoy my journey of food and education. As my food blog is name Niku which is meat in Japanese most of my blog posts food will be based among food that is meat related. 

Through the pages of our blog, we embark on a flavorful journey, sharing recipes, class works, and the joy that comes with delicious meals.
